Soft Space is proud to support HK Express as the first Hong Kong-based airline to enable Alipay offline in-flight payments, in collaboration with Alipay powered by Antom. Built on Soft Space’s FassPOS in-flight retail and payment platform, the solution enables Alipay payments to be accepted in a fully offline environment, delivering a smoother payment experience for passengers even at cruising altitude. 

Since the launch of Alipay in-flight payment in December 2025, it has quickly become one of the most popular payment methods among HK Express passengers.  A testament to the demand for broader payment acceptance in the cabin.
