KUALA LUMPUR/TAIPEI, TAIWAN, 14 July 2023 – Soft Space Sdn. Bhd. (“Soft Space”), the world’s leader in providing fintech-as-a-service (FaaS) collaborated with DotDot Global to power the ‘DDPay’ feature to support Taiwan’s largest food and beverage (F&B) technology service platform ‘QuickClick’. The platform has been adopted by close to 20,000 F&B merchants with more than 2.5 million transactions processed monthly.

“We are excited to partner with DotDot Global to create Taiwan’s first and only foodtech provider of Software Point of Sale (SoftPOS) payment application services which can enable card payment acceptance suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. This solution allows for quick implementation by utilising merchant’s existing Point of Sale hardware which lowers the overall operational costs while increasing card acceptance for a seamless and secure contactless payment experience,” said Joel Tay, Chief Executive Officer of Soft Space

“In the past, it was believed that completing payment marked the end of the customer’s journey. However, today we believe that the payment process is the starting point, initiating the next transaction and service between customers and merchants,” said Ting Hsieh, Chief Executive Officer of DotDot Global based in Taiwan.
